Attached please find the newest issue of
Strategic Assessment.This issue of Strategic Assessment was written several weeks into the war in Lebanon, and was closed on the eve of implementation of the UN-brokered ceasefire. It includes thirteen short essays that together comment on and clarify the strategic and political situation
that emerged in the weeks of fighting. Given the rapidly changing arena, we decided to distribute this issue in electronic format, so that it could reach our readers in as timely a fashion as possible.
