Second Media And Telecommunications

Convergence Conference

2005

Amman June 11&12 2005:

Meet The Arab World’s Media and Telecoms Industry Leaders

Greetings,

Building on the success of the first Media and Telecoms Convergence Conference held in Amman in 2004 the Arab Advisors Group is pleased to announce the second Media and Telecoms Convergence Conference in Amman on June 11 & 12, 2005. Sponsored and supported by leading regional companies, and with an impressive array of renowned speakers and delegates, the 2005 conference promises to be a bigger success.

The convergence of media, telecom and information technology pushes the hitherto disconnected players in the three sectors towards operating in an increasingly merged segment. This convergence carries threats to existing revenue and business models, but also bears new opportunities for new models.

Arab Advisors Group’s Second Media and Telecoms Convergence Conference 2005 is the ideal forum for networking, discussions and debates on the convergence trends underway in the Arab media and telecom markets. In addition to being sponsored by prominent industry leaders, the conference has an exhibition space in which a good number of regional leading companies in the media and telecoms industry have already reserved their places.

The conference will be held under the Patronage of Her excellency Ms. Nadia Al Saeed, Jordanian Minister of ICT.

Feedback from delegates to the 2004 event shows that 94% of conference delegates rated the conference content as good, very good or excellent. 73% of delegates will attend the second conference in 2005, and the remaining 27% will consider attending.

280 delegates representing major telecom, IT and media operators, vendors and Regulators attended the first Media and Telecoms Convergence Conference 2004.

Delegates to the Second Media and Telecoms Convergence Conference 2005 will also receive all presentations and speeches of the First Media and Telecoms Convergence Conference 2004.

We look forward to having you in Amman on June 11 and 12. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any questions or comments.

Sincerely,
