Dear Members and Affiliates of the WHS

sub-section of the IPE section of the ISA

The deadline for next year's ISA in San Diego is very close

- June 1 is almost around the corner!

The conference theme - the North/South divide - should provoke a large number of submission especially from our area of interest.

Please submit your individual paper proposals BEFORE THIS DEADLINE directly to the ISA with a reference to the IPE section and a reference to the WHS subsection in your submission.

Here is the link for doing so:

If you plan to propose a PANEL (the Gunder Frank panel folks - what came out of that idea?), please be sure to send me your information - if you have already submitted it, see below!

Here is the panel link submission link:

If you already submitted your proposal,

BE SURE TO FORWARD TO ME YOUR RECEIPT EMAIL

you received right after the submission from the ISA (with the submission number and all the additional information)to:

rennstich@fordham.edu

It is VERY IMPORTANT that we receive this information, so we can better organize the panels. Every year, there are changes occurring in panel organizations - the most effective way to make sure, we have a good set of WHS panels is to be sure to have knowledge of all the paper submissions - and the submission number and your information/abstract are extremely helpful in this respect.

I hear from you soon!

Best wishes,

-Joachim
