The Saudi British Bank (SABB) is a Saudi Joint Stock Company and was established by Royal Decree no. M/4 dated 12 Safar 1398(H) (21 January 1978). The Bank formally commenced activities on 26 Rajab 1398(H) (01 July 1978) with the taking over of the operations of The British Bank of the Middle East in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. SABB operates under Commercial Registration 1010025779 dated 22 Dhul Al Qidah 1399(H) (13 October 1979) as a commercial bank through a network of 73 branches including 13 exclusive ladies' sections/ branches.
